Yoga, Massage, & Sound

A beautifully restorative immersion in yoga, healing touch, and live sound.
Our team will guide students of all levels through a 90 minute Restorative/Yin yoga sequence
offering hands-on assists and massage techniques to enhance every pose for each participant.
Special attention will be paid to propping and the comfort of each individual prior to applying
touch. By the end of the session, students will have received the equivalent of a full body
massage throughout a full body-opening yoga sequence, all while being bathed in live meditative
and vibrational sound from a variety of musicians on our team.

Note: While this event is great for any level of yogi, it is not suitable for individuals healing from
