Our Annual Gloga Class is back!

This year, enjoy a Black Light Live DJ groove ending with Charlie’s Sound Instruments

Come in your lightest & brightest to Flow & groove, ending with a healing instrument meditation. The beautiful Westshore space will be transformed and ready to have whites, neons, or costumes glowing, there will be plenty of oppertuituy to get into a groovy state with a fun sequence taught by Kamila and Dj set by Charlie. With ample time to trickle the class down, you’ll be soothed and serenaded with Yin & meditation guidance, to soak up Charlie’s incredible healing instrument talents.
