Nurture & Nourish in Nature : Jordan River Day Retreat

You are invited to Lab Victoria’s upcoming day retreat, hosted along the serene shores of French Beach in Jordan River.Β 

Join us for a nourishing day filled with mindfulness, creativity, and nature.

Retreat Details:

  • Time: 8am-6pm ( lunch included)
  • Activities: Yoga, breath work, meditation, sound bath, art workshop, forest+ beach walk, nourishing vegetarian meal+ cooking class, and more.

Why French Beach, Jordan River?

French Beach in Jordan River offers the perfect road trip for a day of reset. With its winding coastline, lush forest, and quiet, it provides an ideal location for connecting with nature and nurturing your mind, body, and soul.

Meet Our Instructors and Hosts:

  • Sasha Mcdougall: Sasha will guide you through breath work and meditation as well a nature exploration in the outdoors.
  • Sam Streeter: With a passion for movement and connection, Sam will guide you through a dynamic yoga sequence to sync breath and body.
  • Sheena: Learn the healing properties of Ayurvedic cooking with Sheena as she shares her knowledge of wholesome and nourishing culinary delights.
  • Jordan Fritz: Our resident artist and host of the retreat location, Jordan will guide an art workshop at his home studio where you can explore your creativity and express yourself through mixed mediums.
  • Charlie Gates: Charlie will lull you into deep rest with meditative lullabies and sounds to help you soften.

What to Expect:

Opening Breathwork Session:

Open with a guided meditation & breath work session.

Rejuvenating Yoga Class:

Join an all levels hatha yoga practice, focused on opening and connecting with the surroundings.

Ayurvedic Cooking Lesson + Lunch:

Learn how to prepare a nutritious Ayurvedic meal in an interactive cooking class, followed by a communal lunch.

Guided Nature Walk and Cold Dip:

Explore the beautiful surroundings of Jordan River with a guided nature walk, followed by an optional refreshing cold plunge in the ocean and beach fire.

Art Workshop:

Express yourself through art, using a variety of mediums, promoting mindfulness and self-discovery.

Soundbath to Close:

Conclude the day with a soothing sound bath to relax and unwind.

Investment: $250

The cost of the day retreat includes a movement based practice, art workshop, sound meditation, breathwork, meals, and access to all activities. Transportation to/from Jordan River is not included. Please inquire for overnight stays.
