Join Mika Antonovic for a skillfully led inversions workshop, including a lot of demoing, prep work, and tools to build a home inversion practice.
Learn to get comfortable when things turn upside down on your mat and in life. Suitable for all levels! Students that are comfortable bearing weight on their hands and are able to kick one leg up towards handstand against the wall may go upside down, others will be given different drills.

Mika started her handstand journey 8 years ago, and eventually landed at Island Circus Space where she now instructs foundation and intermediate classes. Hailing form Japan, Mika has taught this workshop many times over seas.
