Nurture and Align: Your Prenatal Yoga Series

$30Join us for blissful you time with our Nurture and Align Prenatal Yoga Series, designed specifically to support expecting mothers on their path to wellness and relaxation. Over four enriching weeks, we’ll delve into a nurturing practice that honors the transformative journey of pregnancy, fostering connection with your body, mind, and growing baby.
Each session will be held on Wednesdays, from May 1st to May 22nd, starting at 3:00 PM, providing a tranquil midweek retreat for mothers-to-be. Led by our prenatal trained yoga instructor Nicole, you’ll embark on a gentle yet empowering exploration of yoga postures, breathwork, and meditation techniques tailored to the needs of pregnancy.
Throughout the series, we’ll focus on:

Week 1 (May 8th): Foundation and Connection Establishing a foundation of stability and balance, Cultivating awareness of pelvic alignment and breath, Connecting with your baby through mindful movement.Week 2 (May 15th): Release and Relaxation Easing tension and discomfort through gentle stretches , Practicing relaxation techniques for stress relief, Nurturing a sense of inner calm and tranquility

- Week 3 (May 22th): Strength and Stability, Building strength and endurance to support your changing body, Strengthening pelvic floor muscles for labor and delivery, Enhancing posture and alignment for optimal comfort.
- Week 4 (May 29th): Mindfulness and Preparation, Cultivating mindfulness for childbirth and motherhood, Practicing visualization and affirmations for a positive birth experience, Creating a sense of readiness and empowerment for the journey ahead
