Yin, Reiki, & Crystal Bowls

During this special workshop, you will be guided into passively held floor postures, while being lulled with singing bowls. Postures are held between 3-8 minutes where you will be able to simmer with long, deep & slow breaths. Erin will also offer reiki healing and hands on massage while Tara creates a crystal bowl sound scape to recalibrate you on every level.
