Alanna Kit:
Alanna is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Neuroscience with a focus on psychedelic research for mood, learning, and memory at the University of Victoria. She holds a Master’s degree in exercise science, physiology, and anatomy, where her research explored the application of yoga for athletic therapy, and injury prevention. With over a decade of active involvement in the holistic wellness communities of Toronto and Victoria, Alanna has been an instructor of breath work, meditation, and yoga across various spaces. In addition to her work in academia, Alanna is a psychedelic guide and founder of wellness retreats held in Canada, the US, and Mexico. Drawing from her own self-exploration, education, and diverse experiences, her mission and offerings bridge the realms of quantum biology, universal spirituality, and ancient wisdom practices. This unique approach aims to synchronize communities with nature’s intelligent technologies. Through the lens of body-spirit integration, Alanna guides communities on an expansive journey, fostering somatic awareness and embodiment. She firmly believes that cultivating a profound connection to the heart, community, and the natural world fosters harmony within the nervous system.
Spruce Lee:
I see Life as a Journey and as a Ceremony. It is through these lens that I craft my offerings as a Bodyworker, Breathwave Facilitator-in-Training, Poi Flow Artist and Dance Temple DJ. I also believe in freedom and revolution. Albert Camus famously wrote: The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion. I will guide you on your evolution from inner awakening to outer activation of your rebellious free spirit through authentic movement.
