Pilates Flow + Chill: a Date Night for You

Pilates Flow + Restore: a date night for you, combining movement, meditation, (journaling, intention setting?) as a practice of self-love.
You will be guided through an invigorating Pilates – yoga flow that will focus on core, arm and glute strength working to tone and lengthen your muscles. Unwind with a restorative practice that will prepare you for self-reflection through the art of journaling.
Be prepared to leave feeling grounded, and connected to your mind, body and soul.
All levels welcomed.
Talina is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor, as well as yoga and a Functional Movement instructor.
