A LAB Members exclusive event, where we get to gather enjoy practice, and eat delicious food prepared by this very community!The afternoon will begin with a 75 min Roots practice taught by several different LAB teachers, followed by a potluck in our lobby space.If you’ve ever attended one of our member gratitude events you know it’s one very special time, all we need from you is;
