Floating SUP Palli x The Lab Series

Yoga on the water takes away the walls and the ground and opens up the experience to what is above and below. SUP yoga humbles you and reminds you that learning and growing never ends. Our 60 minute SUP yoga classes include a short paddle journey and an hour of guided yoga with a certified Lab Yoga Instructor.

Doing yoga on a paddle board is a wonderful way to experience the wellness benefits of being in nature. Gradually build confidence with a dry land introduction as we work toward seated and kneeling yoga poses on the board.

Everything you need to get on the water will be prepared for you. Your paddle boards, paddles, life jackets, dry bags, and waterproof phone cases will be waiting for you in our easy-to-use paddle board carts.

4 person minimum for class to take place. You will be notified if class does not go ahead.
