Kim M.
Victoria InstructorKim began practicing yoga in 2007 in a church basement and a community hall. Although she originally used yoga as a way to stretch between going on runs, eventually, yoga became the way. She has studied with Ted Grand and Jessica Robertson in the Moksha/Modo tradition, vinyasa with Natalie Rousseau and David Testo, as well as yin yoga with Carly Forest. Kim is constantly amazed with the resilience of the body, mind and heart. She believes that everyone can benefit from yoga, and that practice can be a pathway to connect to ourselves and those around us. The practice of yoga can help us to remember that we are whole and complete just as we are. Kim teaches mindfulness by slowing down, and linking breath with movement to encourage present moment awareness in both body and mind.
