Coming from a fast-paced background and high-energy lifestyle, yoga was a place to find peace while also experiencing strength and discipline. While falling irrevocably in love with the practice, she discovered that her body began to accept the flow, releasing stress and pain from previous injuries. It was eternal bliss. Telisha’s next move was to take a deep dive and become a yoga teacher – after many years of putting it off for fear of the unknown, she finally said no more. Telisha is proud to announce having graduated in February of 2023, with Hatha, Vinyasa, and Hot Yoga certifications. Telisha is 250 hours in (and counting), with a burning passion to continue growing as a person, and an influential yoga teacher. Yes, this gal is making waves! With her bubbly, loving personality, and openness to spirituality, she intends to guide all levels of classes with modifications, so every body – beginner or not! – can join. You will undoubtedly be inspired by Telisha’s light-hearted and driven passion to help guide each individual to feel one within their own mind-body connection. Telisha is proactive in opening a space for creativity and vulnerability. Being of mixed race, she is overjoyed to announce her goal of creating and sharing BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour) classes with every studio she can. SPREAD THE LOVE!
