Victoria and Westshore Yoga InstructorI’m passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space where students of all backgrounds and experience levels can feel seen, supported, and free to be themselves. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, my goal is to guide you toward a deeper connection with your body, breath, and inner peace. I discovered yoga in my early 20s during a period of personal growth and healing. What started as a refuge quickly became a lifelong passion for movement, mindfulness, and self-discovery. With a background in gymnastics and dance, I bring a love for alignment, grace, and flow into every class. I’m certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Restorative, and Meditation, with over 17 years of practice. My classes blend strength and stillness, movement and relaxation, creating space for you to explore, grow, and come home to yourself. I teach with a bubbly, compassionate energy, always encouraging creativity, vulnerability, and joy on the mat. My classes are an invitation to explore your own unique path and return to your true self, again and again.
