Victoria InstructorLucie is a highly skilled and empathetic Pilates, Yoga and Mindfulness educator with over 10 years experience in the wellness industry. Her passion for movement was developed at an early age through training as a dancer and studies in the performing arts and her teaching style is anchored in mindfulness, combining movement with focus, feeling and purpose, advancing participants over time to a state of better mobility, strength and confidence. Inspired by a deep love of movement and a passion for community and connection, classes are inclusive, relaxed and welcoming, empowering you to move easy and have a good time. Kim is constantly amazed with the resilience of the body, mind and heart. She believes that everyone can benefit from yoga, and that practice can be a pathway to connect to ourselves and those around us. The practice of yoga can help us to remember that we are whole and complete just as we are. Kim teaches mindfulness by slowing down, and linking breath with movement to encourage present moment awareness in both body and mind.
