What she found was an ongoing journey of self-discovery, inner peace, and connection that keeps her coming back to the mat again and again. With deep respect for the roots of this ancient practice, Kelly continues to learn and honour the traditions of yoga while creating classes that feel fresh, alive, and accessible. Her offerings are dynamic and creative, blending mindful movement with breath to keep students grounded in the present moment. Whether it’s a gentle flow or an energetic sequence, Kelly loves to infuse her classes with curiosity, joy, and the invitation to come home to oneself. She believes that yoga is for everyone, and that through breath, movement, and presence, we can all return to a place of balance and belonging. Kelly is passionate about continual growth and exploration in all areas of movement and mindfulness. She’s expanded her practice to include somatic sound, kids yoga, and barre, bringing a diverse and heart-centered approach to her teaching.
