Victoria InstructorKailie began her Yoga journey not soon after moving to the island in 2001. She felt like a duck out of water but with a little time, patience and curiosity she realized how important and impactful a regular practice could be! Kailie sees herself as a life long student whom shares her journey and lessons with her fellow community. She has studied a variety of mind body movement practices such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal Yoga, Pilates, Chair Yoga and Barre. She recognizes the power of the breath and ensures she lovingly encourages her students to tap into the depth of it every class. Kailie’s classes are playful, strength based, alignment focused and all encompassing. Her intention is to bring her students back to themselves, an opportunity to get out of their heads and back into their hearts. When not in the Yoga room, Kailie provides Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine out of a local wellness center. Her biggest love is her family and the humbling new role of becoming a Mother.
