Victoria InstructorI first discovered yoga in 2015 on the advice of a friend after suffering minor injuries while training for a half marathon. After my first class I was hooked! Continuing to practice 2 or 3 times per week while still training, I noticed the injuries were subsiding while my flexibility and strength were increasing. I began incorporating yoga into my training plans for running as I started running marathons and eventually ultramarathons over the next few years. In 2019, I wanted to dive deeper into the origins and philosophy of yoga, so I registered for a 200hr YTT cross disciplinary program with DevaTree in London, Ontario. Because I graduated during Covid, I started teaching via Zoom for the next 2 years. I am currently working on a 300hr course with YogaRenew and look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion of yoga with everyone who steps into one of my classes!
