Victoria InstructorBritt teaches from the perspective that yoga practice should feel good, and this comes from her attention to health, presence, playfulness, and accessibility. She cues with attention to breath and alignment, leading a focused and strong class with deep relaxation towards the end. She loves to put together a playlist for classes that infuses a rhythm to flow with through the movement practice. You can expect to feel encouraged, inspired, cared for, and nourished from her classes. Her teaching began in 2011 with the Moksha/ Modo training and has evolved with vinyasa and yin certifications.
