The LAB of the Yamas

May 14, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

There are eight ‘limbs’ to the Yoga Sutras, principles or guidelines for life, each describing a different aspect of the yoga practice, and a different step on the ladder to realization.
The Yamas and the Niyamas are two of these limbs. Heather Frazer will guide these workshops in an interactive way exploring how the application of the Yamas and Niyamas relate to modern life. A mix of lecture, discussion, and gentle practice. The practice will be adaptable for all bodies and all belief systems are welcome.This Event Package is broken up in to two 2 HR sessions;
