The Feels weaves together a supported restorative yin practice, relaxational massage, and live soundscapes with the intention of creating sweetness and spaciousness in your body through attentive care.
Please wear comfy clothing, and feel free to bring an eye pillow or any other props from home that would feel soft and supportive. All props will be provided.
