A sound scape for meeting ourselves just as we are. A night of connection to self and sound. Beginning with a sweet yin yoga practice, we will connect our bodies with breath before slowing ourselves right down to a resting posture. The second half of our practice will be tuned with lullabies and the sound medicine of gongs, crystal alchemy bowls and a collection of sacred instruments.
