Sound Journey with Pilar Munoz
The Sound Journey, through the use of crystal alchemy bowls and gongs, other sound healing instruments, is an inner journey guided by numerous sounds of different and powerful frequencies, all resonating in different parts of the body.
Our mind may soften into the deep tones and sounds of these instruments and thus create the conditions where healing can take place. A receptivity to our inner world and subtle energy has begun. These tones can also guide us into connection to our higher consciousness, dream states and creative flow.
A stress release at its deepest level, leaving you with a prolonged sense of well-being, in body, mind, and heart.
