Join sound and somatic practitioner Charlie Gates for a deep listening, imaginal experience at LAB. Our time together will weave gentle movement practices to make space in our bodies, guided imagination / possibility practices, and a sound meditation experience.
No previous experience with sound, somatics, meditation, or yoga necessary.
This offering intends to be a regenerative resting ground and a place to find spaciousness through deep listening.
Please wear comfy clothing and bring anything you like to get cozy with. Props will be provided.
