Inversions are empowering, challenging, confidence-building, fear-conquering, mind-opening, and a chance to transform ourselves and our perspectives as we literally turn our worlds upside down. Confidence and success on our mats translate directly into our everyday lives.

This all-levels workshop-style class will begin with a fun, flowy practice to open and engage your body optimally for inversion play, then will explore options to either approach or deepen your headstand, handstand, forearm stand, and shoulder-stand practice.

Both accessible and challenging, this practice will use the wall as an aide in going upside down, and teaches you how to fall safely from inversions. Come and play!
