A Yin, Reiki Drumming & Sound Healing Workshop

A nourishing and healing experience led by Jill Sartorio (Yoga Teacher & Reiki Master) and Eve Carty (Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master & Sound Therapy Practitioner).This all-levels workshop is designed to guide you into deep relaxation and energetic renewal. Through grounding Yin Yoga with hands-on Reiki, Reiki drumming, sound healing, and guided Yoga Nidra.

You’ll release tension, soothe your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner sanctuary and calm. Supported by two experienced facilitators, this experience offers a sacred space to slow down, practice self-care, and receive exactly what you need, body, mind, and spirit.
