Inner Peace Meditation (Free Series of Three) w/Tia Pham
As we enter 2026, can we call in the powerful intention of Peace and Strong Community, for ourselves, and for everyone?
In this series of three 1 hour free meditation sessions, we will explore and practice together pranayama, guided meditations, and different gentle movements, inspired by Qi energy work, to then savour stillness and our collective focused intention for Community and Peace for All.
What will you learn?
By practising together, and using gentle movement to stillness, everyone can find one practise that will speak to them for the year to come, making dhyana (meditation) a precious everyday gift.
Wear comfortable clothing to move and to sit, cushions or bolsters are available at the studio, the room will be regular temperature (unheated). Pre-registration required.
Karma donations to The Lab’s Community Donations are welcomed yet not necessary.

About Tia Pham, your instructor:
We create peace in the world through practising peace within ourselves and in our own community.
How can we cultivate more clarity and precision in our vision, words and actions? How does one attune more finely to what is present in each moment, in oneself, and in every interaction with others?
Inspired by Thomas Hübl’s Art of Transparent Communication and drawing on over two decades of experience in adult education, and in my committed service as a physician, I care about creating spaces where people can learn, exchange and connect meaningfully.
My daily practice of meditation is centred in the Buddhist wisdom of Thich Nhat Hanh, the gentle flow of Qi Gong, and the solid grounding of Yoga. It is from this place of inner practice and outer service that I would like to share accessible practices with my community, always from the place of Beginners Mind.
