Westshore parents, let’s wrap up your personal movement/meditation practice needs, being in community, and socializing your babe all into one beautiful offering! Heather Frazer will guide you through 60 min of mindful movement, breath, stillness, while hold space for all the giggles and gurgles along the way.
We’ll breathe deeply and move slowly. This is a safe space for your littles, and is ideal for babes from ages 1-3.
Temperature: Non heated
Duration: 1 Hr sessions 4 weeks at a time.
Investment: $90 4 weeks, or $30 Drop in.
