Have you done a YTT in the past or are you current taking part in one now?This is an opportunity to learn about what it takes teach yoga classes in heated environments. Studios are leaning more and more toward offering a variety-of warm to very hot. This training includes how to teach the Roots, Anatomy, Principles and Philosophy of heat and concludes with a written certificate of completion.You will be lead by the experienced and talented Pilar Munoz. You will develop the tools you need to feel confident to take your teaching into heated spaces.

January 8 12:00 – 3:30 (3.5)
January 21 12:00 – 2:00 (2)

9hr + 3 Public Roots classes and a journaling exercise = 13 hours$399
