Glow from Within: Winter Solstice.

Celebrate the Winter Solstice with a two-hour workshop designed to embrace the beauty of opposites.

Join Tracey Noseworthy, Tara Heal and Jonni-Lyn Friel and flow through grounding rituals and postures, reflective meditation, and mantra as we honour both rest and renewal.

Participants will stoke their inner fire and leave feeling balanced and aligned ~ the yin and yang of this sacred seasonal turning point and the quiet promise of new beginnings.

Please wear clothing you’ll be comfortable moving through a physical practice in.
