Learn to fly high and land softly in this 2 hour experiential hand balancing yoga workshop.
We will explore a vinyasa practice that will highlight many of the birds & bugs of the yoga postures. By learning to connect with your foundational strength and core stability, you will harness the courage, focus and power needed
for flight.

Specific poses will be broken down into accessible steps, with a variety of cues that will assist participants at every level of ability.Please be aware that we will spend ample time warming up the hands, wrists, and forearms, as we will be bearing weight on our hands and forearms throughout the workshop.
No prior experience in yoga or taking full flight in any pose is required. Prepare to have fun, be inspired and take your yoga practice to new heights!

- Garudasana /Eagle
- Eka Pada Galavasana /Flying Pigeon
- Krauncasana/Heron
- Pincha Mayurasana/ Feathered Peacock
- Mayurasna/Peacock
- Titibasana/Firefly
- Parsva Bhuja Dandasana / Dragonfly
- Shalambasana/Locust
- Vrikschikasana/Scorpion
