This work intends to offer teachers, space holders, and studio management supportive ways to build true inclusivity through gender-neutral languaging, personal and communal work, deep conversation, accessibility, and affirmative practices to support queer, trans, gender non-conforming communities inside wellness spaces and yoga studios.
