Bogey Sattva: Certified Pranayama Instructor & Compassionate Guide

Explore a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing with Bogey Sattva, a certified Pranayama practitioner and experienced instructor who works through the lens of Compassionate Inquiry. With over two decades of experience guiding others through personal growth, Bogey combines Eastern wisdom with Western psychotherapeutic techniques.

Bogey’s approach is rooted in authenticity, presence, and deep respect for each individual’s journey. He has refined his skills in unveiling the unconscious patterns that shape our lives through the lens of Compassionate Inquiry, the intensive approach developed by renowned physician Dr. Gabor Maté.

His own journey of self-exploration and continuous learning informs his teaching style, creating a safe and nurturing environment for clients to explore their inner landscapes.

What to Expect
In Bogey’s sessions, you’ll experience:

• Deep Presence: Undivided attention and attunement to your unique needs
• Insightful Inquiry: Gentle yet powerful questions that reveal hidden truths
• Embodied Wisdom: Integration of breath work and body awareness
• Authentic Connection: A genuine, heart-centered approach to healing

His Commitment:
Create a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration
Guide you with questions, not directives
Offer appropriate self-disclosure to build trust and relatability
Maintain authenticity without emotional bypassing
Support you in accessing your inner wisdom and strength

Whether you’re seeking to break free from limiting patterns, heal from past trauma, or simply deepen your self-understanding, my approach through the lens of Compassionate Inquiry will help you navigate your inner world with grace and insight.

SIGN UP HERE

Please come with an empty stomach and don’t drink too much water right before the workshop. The lighter we are, the higher we can journey into ourselves! It is also very unfortunate to have to pee when we are about to drop deep into a profound meditative state. Bring a journal and a pen to document your journey. Layers of clothing are always great. Most of all, please bring an open mind and heart with an intention or a question for your meditation.
